The Memphis Grizzlies are the fifth seed in the Western Conference and will likely be in the playoffs in a few weeks.
But even though they have had a good regular season, many fans have grown frustrated by the struggles of the team.
On Monday night, Jaren Jackson. Jr. put it all in perspective after his team lost to the Boston Celtics.
“We’ve had wins, we’ve had losses, ain’t no reason to feel crazy. It could always be worse, you could be homeless,” Jackson said, via Legion Hoops.

Jackson seems cool, calm, and collected about the current state of the team, but loyal fans may be growing upset.
The Grizzlies have lost six of their last seven games and their only win over the last two weeks has been against the Utah Jazz, who they easily sailed past.
They have fallen to the Sacramento Kings, Portland Trail Blazers, Los Angeles Clippers, Lakers, Oklahoma City Thunder, and now the Celtics.
Meanwhile, there has been a lot of front office drama, and head coach Taylor Jenkins was recently fired.
Now there are questions about the future of Ja Morant with the team and speculation that he could leave in the summer.
Worries from fans are understandable right now, but Jackson wants everyone to remain calm and stay steadfast and focused.
That is easier said than done for many, especially because the Grizzlies have repeatedly had tough postseasons in the past.
What happens if they fall short in the playoffs again this year?
Even with his team’s struggles, Jackson has been great in 2024-25 and is averaging 22.4 points and 5.7 rebounds.
He is a Defensive Player of the Year candidate and one of the most feared big men in the league.
He is dominant on the court and also fully confident in his team even as others grow increasingly nervous.
